Through my previous role as an Associate UX Designer and Sales Associate, I’ve learned to empathize with users, collaborate with developers and UX designers, and strategize with stakeholders, ultimately designing user-centered solutions leading to overall customer satisfaction.

Long before I knew the UX concept, I was immersed in it daily. What draws me in is the thoughtful pursuit of making people’s lives easier, almost in an invisible way. The more I learned about it, the more I fell for its unique blend of humanity and design, the art of crafting experiences with people at the heart of every design decision.
